Shipping
We can ship to most countries via EMS,TNTand DHL International delivery. Please allow extra time for arranging goods for you. The approximate time frame is 9 - 17 business days. Business days are Monday - Friday excluding holidays.There is NO overnight shipping. Please note that delays which are beyond our control when the items have been ship out . what we can do is to urge the courier a quick delivery.
To insure you of right items and safe shipping. A tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment to allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please note a corrrect shipping adress is most important ,We are not responsible for shipment if you provided us with an incorrect address.
It requires a signature from you upon the goods arrival to ensure your item(s) will arrive safely and direct into your possession.
Return and exchange
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original invoice date from customers who purchased their UGG boots product. Please refer to the back of your invoice for the required return form.
Important Information About Our Return Process and exchange process:
Please inform us by e-mail at frist, and telling us the reasons of return or exchanging and your order ID within 4 days after you got the goods. Then we will give you a early reply in 24 hours and return adress will be included in the e-mail.
The product being returned or exchanged must be free of wear and tear and must be thoroughly cleaned so that all dirt and debris is removed. Dirty shoes will be returned to the customer.
Shipping charges must be paid by customer for the return and are non-refundable. All returns should be sent by a trackable method. Once we receive the item, we will ship your requested exchange item to you but we need charge additional shipping for the exchanging. Please allow up to 15 business days from the date we receive your return to complete your return or exchange.
All items can only exchange for equal price replacement or lesser value.If exchanging for a lesser value item,the remaining balance will be refunded to your Credit Card.Please be aware that we will issue the replacements only after your returns have been received.
